ASAPARISMADA – MADAGASCAR

ASAParisMada is an association created in 2013 which aims to support the actions of Aide aux Sans-Abris (ASA) in Madagascar for the reintegration of families in Antananarivo, who are either homeless or in dire poverty.
After a three-year agricultural training program on the outskirts of Antananarivo where they learn about vegetable cultivation, livestock farming, farm budget management, families are assigned a house and land in the Bongolava region in the western part of the country on 15,000 hectares which have been given by the Madagascan government.

The project Every year, about twenty households join the Bongolava region. After 7 years of farming, the family receives an ownership title. To this day, 127 families have become the owners of their farm.   Our engagement Since 2015, 164 young people have benefited from vocational training for rural trades: plumbing, carpentry, electricity and framing. The association has also undertaken a renovation of the building and acquired new tools in order to improve their training conditions. Since 2015, our commitment has totaled 13,000 €.
