Every day thousands of men, women and children are forced to flee their homes. In 2017, the United Nations refugee agency (UNHCR) estimated the number of uprooted people at nearly 68.5 million. More than half of them are minors. The Foundation has wished to integrate all the dimensions of this major crisis by supporting associations and NGOs that provide aid to migrants throughout their journey - shelter, health and psychological care, accommodation, integration - in diverse and complementary approaches. 15% of the foundation’s overall budget is thus allocated to migrant aid.
