Sparadrap is a French association, which was created in 1993. Bringing together parents and health care professionals, it works for the consideration of children’s specific needs in the context of illness and hospitalization, and for better pain management.

The project
Sparadrap advises and trains health and child welfare professionals to improve practices.
Our action
We are helping to finance an awareness project for the medical teams of 14 hospitals in 11 African countries for better pain management for children with cancer. This project has been developed in Algeria, Togo, Tunisia, Côte d'Ivoire, Morocco, Cameroon, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Burkina Faso, Mali, Madagascar and Senegal.
In 2011, our support totaled 3,000 €.
